Nine-plus years grooming dogs, three of them grooming cats professionally, and fifteen years personally caring for cats at home. The ease and patience around animals started young, long before a zoology degree gave it a name — and only grew stronger with the confidence that comes from real skill. Years on pet hotel floors, running doggy daycare and camp activities, and boarding both cats and dogs built that skill, and with it, the instinct to earn an animal's trust fast enough to take them into your care, and read a warning sign before it becomes a problem. That mix means your pet's comfort sets the pace — often quick, never rushed.
